Entrepreneurship alongside network marketing is actually the action of giving to others and serving others.
Serving Others Comes Long Before Selling the Dream
To become a leader in your niche, you have to impact others, from a grass roots to even global level. If you keep your goals focused on serving others with your business, then the ideal people will come to you.
The real question is, how do you implement this? How do practice of serving others?
Visualize
Meditation, daydreaming, visualizing — whatever you want to call it. Spend 10 or 15 minutes each morning thinking about how your business can serve others. This will help you keep this perspective in mind.
Try to imagine someone engaging on your content, contacting you in messenger or even visiting your website. Create an internal dialogue for them. Why did this potential customer come to you? What do you offer that no one else can? Visualize helping this person, as though you had all the money in the world and making a sale wasn’t important.
Set Goals that Includes Serving Others
What does success mean to you? Get real with yourself when you ask this question. If you wish to impact people, communities, and the world, then your definition of success should include how your business in serving others. How does it fill their needs and wants?
Consider this;
After your morning meditation, write out your business goals for that day. How will these goals serve others?
Set realistic goals and outline action steps to achieve them.
Then, you may considering sharing them with your team as well. This can help keep you accountable and in turn, get others on board the same mission.
Overall, if you are serious about creating a lasting business, stop focusing on your needs and instead focus your attention on serving others, discovering their needs and how to help them. Think about how to create significant value for a core group of people and how you can help them live a better life.
Or, how to help them accomplish their goals.
Operating this way, will naturally align your efforts with the market and put you a step ahead of competition, rather than always being a step behind. Who knows, you may even sleep better at night, knowing you’re making a difference somehow.
